INTRODUCTION

Our Approach to Independent Media and Legal Responsibility

AmpLever, LLC ("AmpLever," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a Colorado limited liability company that develops, operates, and licenses digital publishing infrastructure, branded media properties, editorial systems, and related business services.

AmpLever was established around the belief that businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs, organizations, and individuals should have greater opportunities to participate in independent media, share their experiences, communicate their expertise, and develop lasting visibility beyond traditional advertising and social media platforms.

Our publishing ecosystem combines original editorial content, contributor-powered storytelling, structured interviews, digital distribution, advertising, sponsorships, and licensed publishing technology.

Biz Amplified Magazine is an AmpLever-operated publication dedicated to sharing the stories of entrepreneurs, business owners, innovators, professionals, and organizations.

AmpLever also provides publishing infrastructure and intellectual property to independently operated publications through separate commercial licensing agreements.

These Legal Policies explain the standards, practices, rights, and responsibilities associated with our publishing activities and digital services.

They are intended to promote transparency, responsible publishing, intellectual property protection, editorial independence, and compliance with applicable laws.

Our objective is to establish clear expectations for contributors, readers, advertisers, publishing partners, licensees, and other participants in the AmpLever ecosystem.

These policies should be read together with our Terms of Use, Contributor Publishing Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any applicable separate written agreements.

These Legal Policies are public statements of operating standards and do not independently expand or replace contractual rights, obligations, or permissions established under separately accepted agreements.

Where applicable law or a legally enforceable agreement establishes different requirements, that law or agreement controls.

PART I — CORPORATE IDENTITY AND PUBLISHING GOVERNANCE

1. Corporate Identity and Legal Structure

AmpLever, LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

The Company develops, owns, operates, and licenses digital publishing technology and associated intellectual property.

AmpLever's business activities may include the creation and management of digital magazines, editorial platforms, publishing software, advertising systems, sponsorship programs, content distribution services, and related media products.

The Company may operate publications directly or authorize third parties to operate publications using licensed AmpLever technology and intellectual property.

These two operating models are legally distinct.

1.1 AmpLever-Operated Publications

An AmpLever-operated publication is a media property for which AmpLever, LLC exercises direct operational or editorial responsibility.

Biz Amplified Magazine is an example of an AmpLever-operated publication.

For these publications, AmpLever may establish editorial standards, manage publishing workflows, administer contributor relationships, oversee advertising and sponsorship activities, and maintain applicable legal policies.

1.2 Independently Licensed Publications

AmpLever may license its publishing technology, software, editorial systems, intellectual property, or related services to independent third-party operators.

Such operators may manage their own publications, recruit contributors, establish editorial priorities, develop commercial relationships, and conduct business activities under the terms of their respective licensing agreements.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, an independent licensee is responsible for the content it publishes and the legal obligations arising from its own operations.

The use of AmpLever technology does not automatically make AmpLever the author, publisher, employer, partner, or legal representative of an independent licensee.

1.3 Separate Legal Relationships

Editorial participation, advertising purchases, technology licensing, referral relationships, and other commercial arrangements may create different legal rights and obligations.

Those relationships are governed by their applicable agreements.

No general statement on an AmpLever website should be interpreted as establishing a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship unless such a relationship has been expressly created through an authorized agreement or applicable law.

2. Purpose and Application of These Policies

These Legal Policies establish a public framework for AmpLever's publishing and business practices.

They may apply to activities involving:

  • AmpLever-operated websites and digital magazines.

  • Biz Amplified Magazine editorial participation.

  • Contributor interviews and submitted materials.

  • Original editorial articles and publisher-created content.

  • Digital advertising and sponsorships.

  • Business profiles and professional features.

  • Event coverage and industry announcements.

  • Content syndication and distribution.

  • Intellectual property licensing.

  • Automated and AI-assisted publishing workflows.

  • Copyright complaints and editorial corrections.

  • Commercial relationships and independent licensees.

These policies are intended to inform users of the Company's operating standards.

They do not automatically bind individuals who have not entered into an enforceable agreement.

Where affirmative acceptance is required, AmpLever may obtain consent through an appropriate electronic process.

Where these policies describe legal rights, those rights remain subject to applicable statutes, regulations, judicial decisions, and enforceable agreements.

3. Publishing Governance and Accountability

AmpLever recognizes that publishing activities may involve multiple parties with different responsibilities.

These may include the Company, publication operators, editors, contributors, photographers, advertisers, sponsors, technology providers, and distribution partners.

Each participant may possess separate intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, and legal responsibilities.

AmpLever seeks to establish clear distinctions between those roles.

For example, a business owner submitting interview responses may own the copyright in their original answers.

A photographer may independently own the copyright in a portrait submitted with the interview.

AmpLever may own the original editorial introduction, publication design, and other qualifying publisher-created materials.

An independent magazine operator may possess separate rights in content it independently creates.

These interests may coexist within the same published article.

AmpLever's policies are intended to recognize those distinctions rather than assume that publication alone establishes ownership of every component.

4. Editorial Independence and Freedom of Expression

AmpLever supports independent publishing, responsible expression, and the ability of individuals and organizations to communicate their experiences and perspectives.

Our publications may feature businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, creators, industry experts, and organizations representing different backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints.

Publication does not necessarily indicate that AmpLever endorses the views, beliefs, business practices, or commercial claims of the featured individual.

Contributors may express opinions that differ from those of the Company.

AmpLever may publish viewpoints with which its personnel do not agree.

Editorial independence includes the discretion to determine which subjects are covered, which materials are published, and how editorial content is presented.

However, editorial independence does not exempt AmpLever from laws concerning defamation, privacy, intellectual property, deceptive advertising, or other unlawful conduct.

4.1 Editorial Decision-Making

Editorial decisions may consider relevance, originality, timeliness, accuracy, public interest, professional significance, and reader value.

AmpLever may decline publication where content presents legal, ethical, editorial, or operational concerns.

An invitation to participate does not guarantee publication.

4.2 Editorial Independence from Commercial Relationships

Advertising, sponsorships, licensing relationships, and other commercial arrangements do not automatically guarantee favorable editorial coverage.

Where content is sponsored or commercially influenced, AmpLever will provide disclosures required by applicable law.

4.3 Editorial Opinions

Opinion articles, interviews, commentary, and personal narratives may contain subjective perspectives.

Such statements should be appropriately attributed.

AmpLever may distinguish factual reporting from opinion, promotion, and contributor-submitted commentary.

PART II — CONTRIBUTORS, INTERVIEWS, AND EDITORIAL PARTICIPATION

5. Contributor-Powered Publishing Model

AmpLever publications may invite individuals and organizations to participate in structured interviews and other editorial opportunities.

Our publishing systems may allow contributors to select questions, prepare their responses, provide photographs, submit professional information, and authorize publication through an automated workflow.

This process is designed to facilitate editorial participation without requiring every interview to be conducted through a traditional live interview format.

Contributors may share their experiences in their own words.

AmpLever may organize those responses into a digital article and provide editorial presentation, formatting, categorization, and distribution.

The use of an automated interview process does not eliminate the contributor's responsibility for submitted statements or the Company's responsibility for its own publishing activities.

5.1 Voluntary Participation

Participation in complimentary editorial opportunities is generally voluntary.

Unless separately agreed in writing, participation does not create an employment or contractor relationship.

Contributors are not automatically entitled to compensation, royalties, advertising revenue, or other payments.

5.2 Submission Responsibility

Contributors are responsible for reviewing their responses before submission.

They should ensure that factual statements are accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they possess appropriate permissions for supporting materials.

5.3 Publication Discretion

AmpLever may accept, reject, postpone, edit, or remove submissions where appropriate.

Publication decisions remain subject to editorial standards, applicable law, and any controlling contractual commitments.

6. Contributor Eligibility and Authorization

Individuals submitting materials must be legally capable of granting the relevant permissions.

Contributors submitting materials on behalf of businesses or organizations must possess appropriate authority.

An employee, consultant, or representative may have authority to describe a company's activities without necessarily possessing authority to license the company's trademarks or third-party photographs.

AmpLever may request confirmation of authorization where appropriate.

Contributors should not submit confidential business records, protected personal information, or materials subject to contractual restrictions without permission.

Where a submission involves a minor or another individual requiring additional legal protections, AmpLever may request appropriate consent or decline publication.

7. Accuracy of Contributor Statements

Contributors are responsible for the factual representations they provide.

Statements concerning revenue, business performance, professional qualifications, customer results, certifications, awards, or other measurable claims should be reasonably supportable.

AmpLever may request clarification or documentation.

The Company does not represent that every contributor statement has been independently verified.

Where appropriate, articles may identify statements as contributor-provided information.

AmpLever may correct, qualify, or remove claims that are materially inaccurate or legally problematic.

7.1 Opinions and Personal Experiences

Contributors may describe their opinions, experiences, and interpretations.

Personal opinions should not knowingly be presented as independently verified facts.

7.2 Professional and Regulated Claims

Statements concerning medical treatments, investment returns, legal outcomes, financial performance, or other regulated subjects may require additional scrutiny.

AmpLever may request appropriate qualifications, disclosures, or substantiation.

7.3 Misleading Representations

Contributors must not knowingly submit fabricated credentials, false testimonials, fraudulent achievements, or misleading endorsements.

AmpLever may reject or remove content that materially misrepresents the contributor or another party.

8. Editorial Review and Approval

AmpLever may provide contributors with opportunities to review submitted materials before publication.

Where the publishing workflow permits contributors to submit and publish their own responses, contributors remain responsible for the information they authorize.

AmpLever may make reasonable corrections to spelling, grammar, formatting, and presentation.

Substantive changes should not knowingly misrepresent the intended meaning of attributed statements.

Where material editorial changes are necessary, the Company may request additional approval.

Contributor approval of a draft does not prevent AmpLever from later correcting factual inaccuracies or addressing legal concerns.

9. Editorial Attribution and Authorship

AmpLever recognizes the legal and editorial distinction between authorship, contribution, featured participation, and publication.

An individual who submits interview answers may be identified as the featured contributor.

An individual who independently writes an article may receive an author byline.

AmpLever may identify itself as the publisher or editorial producer.

Original editorial content created by authorized personnel may be attributed to the relevant editorial team.

Article metadata and visible attribution should accurately reflect the applicable role.

A publisher byline does not automatically establish copyright ownership of another person's original expression.

AmpLever may correct inaccurate attribution or clarify the source of submitted materials.

Where legally required, photographer credits, source acknowledgments, and other notices will be preserved.

10. Corrections, Clarifications, and Editorial Updates

AmpLever seeks to maintain accurate and responsible editorial records.

Readers, contributors, and affected parties may report factual inaccuracies.

A correction request should identify the relevant article, disputed statement, and supporting information.

AmpLever may investigate and determine an appropriate response.

Possible responses include:

  • Correcting factual errors.

  • Updating outdated information.

  • Clarifying ambiguous statements.

  • Adding relevant context.

  • Correcting attribution.

  • Replacing unauthorized media.

  • Restricting or removing material where appropriate.

Corrections may be documented where editorially appropriate.

AmpLever is not required to erase the historical existence of a lawfully published article merely because circumstances later change.

However, applicable privacy, copyright, defamation, and other laws may establish rights that require specific action.

PART III — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

11. AmpLever Intellectual Property

AmpLever, LLC retains ownership of intellectual property it independently creates, lawfully acquires, or receives through valid assignment.

This may include original software, publishing technology, proprietary systems, trademarks, branding, editorial templates, graphic designs, articles, commentary, and other legally protectable materials.

The Company's intellectual property may support multiple publications, licensees, commercial products, and distribution channels.

No contributor or reader obtains ownership of AmpLever's intellectual property merely by accessing the Platform or participating in an interview.

Likewise, independent licensees receive only the rights granted through their applicable agreements.

AmpLever does not claim exclusive rights over general ideas, facts, concepts, methods, or other material not protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12. Contributor Copyright Ownership

Contributors retain ownership of original copyrightable expression they create and lawfully own, except where a separate valid agreement provides otherwise.

Submitting an interview does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.

Publication within Biz Amplified does not independently establish AmpLever ownership of the contributor's original answers.

A contributor's work may appear alongside original editorial material owned by AmpLever.

Each party's rights are determined according to the nature of the work, applicable law, and the relevant agreements.

12.1 Third-Party Rights

Where a contributor submits materials owned by another party, the original owner retains applicable rights.

The contributor must possess sufficient permission for the intended uses.

12.2 Collective Publications

A magazine may possess copyright protection in original selection, coordination, or arrangement of materials.

Such protection is distinct from ownership of independently contributed works.

12.3 Work-Made-for-Hire Arrangements

A work is not automatically a work made for hire merely because it was commissioned or published by AmpLever.

Where AmpLever seeks work-made-for-hire treatment, the arrangement must satisfy applicable legal requirements.

Separate written agreements may establish ownership or assignment where appropriate.

13. Contributor Publishing Licenses

AmpLever may obtain licenses from contributors through its Contributor Publishing Agreement.

Such licenses may authorize publication, reproduction, distribution, formatting, editing, promotion, archiving, and permitted syndication.

The scope of each license is determined by the agreement actually accepted.

AmpLever does not assume that general website access constitutes permission to publish a visitor's original materials.

The Company may maintain electronic records of contributor consent.

13.1 License Scope

Publishing permissions may include display through websites, newsletters, social media, authorized publication partners, and other agreed distribution channels.

13.2 Promotional Use

AmpLever may promote published articles using authorized excerpts, images, and professional information.

Promotional uses must remain within the applicable license and other relevant legal requirements.

13.3 Archival Use

Published content may be retained in archives, backups, and historical publication records where lawful.

13.4 Syndication

Cross-publication distribution requires sufficient rights.

The existence of an AmpLever licensing relationship does not independently establish unrestricted republication rights.

13.5 License Limitations

Contributor licenses do not automatically authorize unrelated merchandise, standalone stock photography sales, fabricated endorsements, or other uses outside the agreed scope.

14. Photography and Visual Media Rights

Photographs, illustrations, graphics, and videos may be independently protected by copyright.

A person appearing in a photograph does not necessarily own its copyright.

Contributors must obtain appropriate permission before submitting protected media.

Public availability on a website or social media account does not automatically authorize republication.

AmpLever may request proof of ownership or permission.

The Company may decline, replace, or remove materials where authorization is insufficient.

14.1 Professional Photography

Photographs created by professional photographers may be subject to contractual restrictions.

Contributors should confirm whether their permission includes editorial publication, digital promotion, and authorized distribution.

14.2 Stock Images

Stock photographs may be used only within the scope of the applicable license.

14.3 AI-Generated Images

AI-generated images may present separate issues involving authorship, trademarks, likenesses, and platform-specific license restrictions.

AmpLever may evaluate such materials before publication.

14.4 Image Credits

Photographer and source credits will be included where required by law, license, or editorial policy.

15. Names, Likenesses, and Publicity Rights

AmpLever may publish authorized names, portraits, biographies, professional titles, and business affiliations in connection with editorial features.

Such uses may extend to reasonable promotion of the relevant article.

Editorial permission does not automatically establish authorization for unrelated commercial endorsements.

AmpLever will not knowingly fabricate statements or falsely imply that a contributor endorses unrelated products or services.

Contributors submitting photographs of other identifiable individuals should obtain appropriate permissions.

Privacy and publicity rights may differ across jurisdictions.

AmpLever will evaluate relevant concerns according to applicable law.

16. Business Names, Trademarks, and Logos

Business names, logos, trademarks, and service marks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Contributors may submit authorized marks for identification and editorial presentation.

AmpLever may also refer to brands and products through lawful descriptive or nominative uses.

Publication does not transfer trademark ownership.

AmpLever may request authorization where a proposed use exceeds ordinary editorial identification.

The Company may remove or modify materials that create a substantial risk of trademark infringement or misleading affiliation.

17. Protection of AmpLever Technology

AmpLever's software, source code, databases, systems, and proprietary publishing tools may be protected by copyright, trade secret, contract, and other applicable laws.

Users and licensees may not obtain unauthorized access to proprietary systems.

Reverse engineering, copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation may be restricted by applicable law and licensing agreements.

These restrictions do not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Licensees must comply with their technology licensing agreements.

Access to an AmpLever-operated service does not automatically grant a software ownership interest.

PART IV — LICENSED MAGAZINES AND MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS

18. Independent Magazine Licensing

AmpLever may license publishing technology, branding, editorial infrastructure, and other intellectual property to independent operators.

These relationships are governed by separate written agreements.

A licensee may operate its own publication, recruit contributors, develop advertising relationships, and manage editorial content.

The licensee's authority is limited by its agreement.

The use of AmpLever technology does not automatically establish a partnership or agency relationship.

18.1 Editorial Responsibility

Independent operators are generally responsible for their own editorial decisions and publication practices.

18.2 Contributor Permissions

Licensees must ensure that contributors have granted sufficient publishing permissions.

18.3 Advertising Compliance

Licensees are responsible for applicable advertising disclosures and commercial claims within their operations.

18.4 Intellectual Property

AmpLever retains its owned intellectual property.

Licensees retain or license their independently created materials according to the governing agreements.

18.5 Legal Compliance

Independent operators must comply with applicable copyright, privacy, consumer protection, defamation, and other relevant laws.

19. Editorial and Operational Independence of Licensees

An independently licensed publication may develop its own editorial identity and commercial strategy.

However, it must comply with restrictions established by its licensing agreement.

AmpLever may establish reasonable standards concerning use of licensed technology, trademarks, and intellectual property.

The Company may also require compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

AmpLever does not automatically approve or verify every article published by an independent operator.

Where a licensee's conduct creates a legal or contractual concern, AmpLever may exercise rights available under the relevant agreement.

20. Cross-Publication Distribution and Syndication

AmpLever may facilitate content distribution across authorized publications.

Such activities may include article excerpts, previews, source attribution, editorial links, or republication where permission exists.

Syndication must respect applicable copyright and contractual rights.

Where an article originates with an independent publisher, AmpLever may link to or excerpt the original source where lawful.

Full republication requires appropriate authorization or another lawful basis.

20.1 Attribution

Source publications and authors should be credited where required.

20.2 Editorial Context

Republished materials should not be presented in a materially misleading context.

20.3 Commercial Distribution

Commercial syndication arrangements may require separate written agreements.

20.4 Termination

Termination of a licensing relationship does not automatically transfer ownership of content or invalidate independently granted rights.

21. Official Media Partnerships

AmpLever publications may establish official media partnerships with conferences, trade shows, expos, professional organizations, and other events.

Such relationships should be documented through appropriate authorization.

An editorial feature about an event does not automatically establish an official partnership.

Likewise, an event organizer's participation in an interview does not automatically authorize use of AmpLever's branding as an event sponsor.

Official partnership arrangements may establish rights involving logos, promotional materials, interviews, event access, sponsorship recognition, and distribution.

These rights are governed by the relevant agreements.

22. Events, Awards, and Recognition Programs

AmpLever publications may cover or administer awards, events, and recognition programs.

Such programs may involve separate eligibility criteria, submission procedures, judging standards, sponsorship arrangements, and commercial terms.

Where an award is editorially selected, the publication may describe the applicable criteria.

Where payment is required for participation, that requirement should be disclosed.

Purchasing advertising or sponsorship does not automatically guarantee an award unless the commercial nature of the recognition is accurately disclosed and lawful.

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.

AmpLever may correct or remove inaccurate event announcements.

PART V — ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIPS, AND COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY

23. Advertising Policy

AmpLever may offer digital advertising and promotional placements.

Advertising may appear alongside editorial content or within designated promotional areas.

Advertisers are responsible for their claims, creative materials, and legal compliance.

AmpLever may reject advertising that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or inconsistent with publication standards.

Advertising availability, placement, duration, and pricing may be governed by separate terms.

No advertising purchase guarantees specific traffic, sales, leads, or business results unless expressly agreed in writing.

24. Sponsored Content and Paid Editorial Relationships

AmpLever may publish sponsored articles, branded features, or other commercially supported content.

Material commercial relationships will be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Sponsored content should not be presented in a manner that materially misleads readers about its commercial nature.

Editorial features provided without payment may be distinguished from paid promotional placements.

The existence of advertising or sponsorship revenue does not automatically establish that all editorial content is sponsored.

AmpLever may maintain separate policies for sponsored editorial production.

25. Affiliate Marketing and Referral Relationships

AmpLever may participate in affiliate programs and referral arrangements.

Such arrangements may provide compensation when users purchase products, subscribe to services, or complete qualifying transactions.

Material relationships affecting endorsements or recommendations should be disclosed.

Referral compensation does not automatically establish employment, partnership, or agency.

Referral eligibility, commission rates, payment timing, and termination are governed by the relevant agreement.

AmpLever does not guarantee affiliate income or commercial success.

26. Commercial Claims and Business Performance

AmpLever may publish statements concerning business growth, audience reach, marketing performance, and other commercial outcomes.

Such claims should be accurate and appropriately qualified.

Historical results should identify relevant time periods and measurement methods where necessary to avoid misleading readers.

Reported audience figures do not constitute guarantees of future performance.

Case studies may describe individual outcomes that are not representative of every customer or contributor.

AmpLever may correct or withdraw unsupported commercial claims.

27. Pricing, Payments, and Contractual Transparency

AmpLever may charge fees for publishing licenses, advertising, sponsorships, technology services, and other commercial products.

Applicable prices and payment obligations are established through the relevant purchasing process or written agreement.

General website content does not automatically modify existing commercial contracts.

Recurring charges, renewal obligations, revenue-sharing arrangements, and cancellation terms should be disclosed through the applicable agreement.

Users should review the relevant terms before purchasing services.

Consumer protections and mandatory legal requirements remain applicable.

PART VI — ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AUTOMATION, AND DIGITAL PUBLISHING

28. AI-Assisted Editorial Production

AmpLever may use artificial intelligence tools to support editorial and administrative workflows.

Potential uses include grammar correction, summarization, headline suggestions, article organization, categorization, translation, and promotional copy preparation.

AI assistance does not automatically establish copyright ownership.

AmpLever recognizes that copyright protection may depend on sufficient human creative authorship.

The Company may review AI-assisted output for accuracy, attribution, and compliance.

AI-generated material should not knowingly be presented as authentic human testimony where that presentation would be misleading.

29. Automated Contributor Interviews

AmpLever's interview systems may permit contributors to choose questions and submit responses without participating in a live interview.

This workflow is intended to make editorial participation more accessible and scalable.

The contributor remains responsible for the statements submitted.

AmpLever may provide automated formatting and publication tools.

The absence of a live interviewer does not eliminate applicable legal obligations.

Contributors should understand that submitted answers may become publicly accessible after authorized publication.

30. Synthetic Media and Digital Representations

AI-generated or digitally altered photographs, audio, and video may require additional legal and editorial review.

AmpLever may consider whether synthetic media could mislead readers about a person's identity, statements, actions, or endorsement.

Materially deceptive impersonation is prohibited.

Where legally required, synthetic or materially altered media will be appropriately disclosed.

The Company may decline publication of materials that create significant risks involving unauthorized likeness use or misleading representations.

31. AI Training and Contributor Materials

AmpLever distinguishes between using technology to process authorized editorial submissions and using private submissions to train unrelated commercial AI models.

General editorial participation does not independently authorize unrestricted third-party AI model training.

Private, unpublished Contributor Content will not be authorized for unrelated commercial model training solely through acceptance of general publishing terms.

Any broader use requires an appropriate legal basis or separate authorization.

Publicly published content may be accessed by third-party systems beyond AmpLever's direct control.

AmpLever may use lawful technical measures to manage automated access where appropriate.

32. Automation, Accuracy, and Human Oversight

Automated systems may contain errors.

AmpLever may use human review, contributor approval, correction procedures, or other safeguards where appropriate.

The Company does not guarantee that every automated output is error-free.

Where a material error is identified, AmpLever may correct the content or take other appropriate action.

Automation does not excuse knowingly unlawful publication.

PART VII — PRIVACY, SECURITY, AND INFORMATION GOVERNANCE

33. Privacy and Personal Information

AmpLever may collect information necessary to operate its websites, publishing systems, and commercial services.

Information may include names, contact details, professional biographies, submitted materials, transaction information, and technical usage data.

The collection and processing of personal information are governed by applicable law and the Company's separately published Privacy Policy.

This Legal Policies page does not replace the Privacy Policy.

Where required, AmpLever will provide appropriate notices and mechanisms for exercising privacy rights.

34. Publicly Submitted Information

Contributors should understand that information submitted for publication may become publicly accessible.

Published information may be indexed by search engines, shared through social media, quoted by other publications, or archived by third parties.

AmpLever cannot guarantee complete removal from independent third-party systems.

Contributors should avoid submitting information they do not wish to make public.

Personal contact information, sensitive records, and confidential business details should be shared only when appropriate and authorized.

35. Contributor Consent Records

AmpLever may maintain electronic records documenting contributor acceptance of publishing agreements.

Such records may include the accepted agreement version, date and time, submission identifier, and relevant consent information.

These records may help establish the scope of publishing permissions.

AmpLever may retain records where reasonably necessary for contractual administration, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

Retention and processing remain subject to applicable privacy laws.

36. Data Security and Platform Protection

AmpLever may use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect its publishing systems.

No digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or interfere with website operations.

AmpLever may investigate suspected security incidents.

Where required by law, the Company will provide appropriate notices concerning qualifying data breaches.

Security concerns may be reported through the official contact page.

37. Third-Party Technology Providers

AmpLever may rely on third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications, content delivery, and other services.

These providers may operate under separate contractual and privacy obligations.

AmpLever may share information with service providers where necessary and lawful.

The Company does not control every independent third-party service.

Users should review relevant third-party policies where appropriate.

38. International Data and Publishing Operations

AmpLever's websites may be accessed internationally.

International operations may involve different privacy, copyright, consumer protection, and other legal requirements.

The Company's formation in Colorado does not eliminate mandatory legal obligations in other jurisdictions.

Where required, AmpLever will implement appropriate measures for international data processing and transfers.

International contributors should ensure that submitted materials may lawfully be published and distributed within the authorized scope.

PART VIII — COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND CONTENT ENFORCEMENT

39. Copyright Protection and DMCA Compliance

AmpLever respects the rights of copyright owners.

Individuals or organizations who believe their protected work has been used without authorization may submit a complaint.

Complaints should identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and sufficient information to locate the content.

Where applicable, AmpLever will process legally sufficient notices and counter-notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

The Company may remove or disable access to disputed materials.

AmpLever may maintain a repeat-infringer policy where required.

The official contact page may be used to initiate inquiries:

https://www.amplever.com/contact

A separate designated-agent registration and legally sufficient public agent information are required where AmpLever seeks applicable DMCA safe-harbor protections.

40. Trademark and Brand Complaints

Trademark owners may report uses they believe create unlawful confusion or infringe their rights.

A complaint should identify the mark, the disputed use, and relevant supporting information.

AmpLever may evaluate whether the use constitutes editorial reference, authorized use, or potentially unlawful commercial activity.

Not every reference to a trademark constitutes infringement.

The Company may modify or remove material where appropriate.

41. Defamation and False Statements

AmpLever does not knowingly authorize defamatory statements or fraudulent impersonation.

Individuals who believe published material contains materially false factual allegations may submit a complaint.

Complaints should identify the statements and provide supporting information.

AmpLever may investigate, seek clarification, publish corrections, or take other appropriate action.

The Company recognizes that opinions, criticism, and truthful reporting may receive legal protection.

Not every negative statement constitutes defamation.

42. Privacy and Likeness Complaints

Individuals may report unauthorized disclosure of protected personal information or unlawful use of their identity.

AmpLever may request information necessary to evaluate the complaint.

Possible responses include correction, restriction, removal, or other legally appropriate action.

Privacy and publicity rights vary by jurisdiction.

AmpLever will consider applicable legal requirements when evaluating requests.

43. Content Moderation and Enforcement

AmpLever may moderate content to protect the integrity of its publishing services.

Moderation may involve reviewing submissions, investigating complaints, restricting content, or suspending access.

Enforcement decisions may consider the nature of the material, available evidence, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

AmpLever does not guarantee that every complaint will result in removal.

The Company may preserve records necessary to document enforcement decisions.

PART IX — READER RIGHTS, ACCESS, AND ACCEPTABLE USE

44. Reader Access and Sharing

AmpLever encourages lawful sharing of editorial content.

Readers may share links to publicly available articles and use official sharing tools.

Readers may quote, criticize, discuss, and reference materials where permitted by applicable law.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction of protected content may be restricted.

Sharing a link does not transfer copyright ownership.

45. Fair Use and Protected Expression

AmpLever recognizes that copyright law permits certain uses without permission.

Such uses may include criticism, commentary, news reporting, scholarship, and other legally recognized activities.

Where incorporated into a legally enforceable agreement, mediation and arbitration are designated to occur in Denver, Colorado, subject to applicable exceptions and mandatory protections.

Consumer disputes may require different procedures, fee arrangements, or hearing locations.

The specific arbitration obligations are established by the applicable Terms of Use or separately executed agreement.

OUR COMMITMENT TO INDEPENDENT PUBLISHING

AmpLever believes that independent media should be more accessible to the people and businesses whose stories deserve to be told.

Traditional media and social platforms do not represent the only ways for individuals and organizations to reach an audience.

Our publishing ecosystem is designed to create opportunities for businesses, professionals, and communities to participate directly in the development and distribution of editorial content.

We believe that responsible publishing requires a balance between freedom of expression, editorial independence, intellectual property protection, transparency, and legal accountability.

That responsibility extends to the people who contribute their stories, the readers who engage with them, the businesses that support our publications, and the independent operators who license our technology.

Our commitment is to maintain clear standards that respect the rights of contributors, protect AmpLever's proprietary intellectual property, support lawful commercial activity, and encourage responsible participation in independent media.

We recognize that publishing technology, artificial intelligence, digital distribution, and intellectual property law will continue to evolve.

AmpLever intends to review and refine its policies as necessary to address those developments.

Our goal is not simply to publish more content. It is to provide the infrastructure through which more people and businesses can participate in independent publishing while maintaining clear legal responsibilities and respect for the rights of others.
